To get a residence permit in Ukraine a foreigner should have legal grounds. There are a lot of options such as marriage, study or work. For each of these a receiving party is required:

RP on the basis of marriage – the spouse of foreigner should be ether Ukrainian or foreigner who has temporary residence permit;
RP on the basis of study – a foreigner should enroll to University and study there for 5 years. After graduation or in case of expulsion residence permit will be canceled;
RP on the basis of work – there should be a Ukrainian company that’s going to hire a foreigner as a specialist and pay no less than $1400 each month salary. Only then company may apply for a work permit for you.

But what a foreigner should do when there is no Ukrainian wife/husband, no possibility to study in Ukrainian University and no company that will hire him or her?

Normally, to receive a work permit a Ukrainian company should apply to Center of Employment of Ukraine.
Firstly, since only Ukrainian company may file the application for work permit in Ukraine, we help to open such company for a foreigner.
Secondly, since foreigner is the founder and the director at the same time he is not obliged to pay minimum ($1400) salary for himself. Moreover, if company has no profit, then a foreigner is not subjected to any tax payment.

3 steps to residence permit in Ukraine

Thus, you can get a residence permit in Ukraine for 3 years with just 3 simple steps!

1. Issue a power of attorney and make a pre-payment

We may register a company for a client only if we have legal permission from him. Then we have such permission, we prepare all necessary documents, apply and receive work permit on the client’s name. The best way to get power of attorney is to issue it in notary office in Ukraine or in Consulate of Ukraine.

2. Get visa type “D” and enter Ukraine

To apply for temporary residence permit it is a must to get visa type “D” in Consulate of Ukraine (except for citizens of some states of Commonwealth of Independent States). To get visa type “D” Consul require original or notary certified copy of the work permit. We may send the original of work permit to any country of the world.

The cost of visa and courier services are not included in the price of our service.

3. Come to Ukraine and receive residence permit

To apply and receive residence permit the applicant should legally enter Ukraine by visa type “D” and stay for 2-3 weeks.
