Secondly, since foreigner is the founder and the director at the same time he is not obliged to pay minimum ($1400) salary for himself. Moreover, if company has no profit, then a foreigner is not subjected to any tax payment.

1. Issue a power of attorney and make a pre-payment
We may register a company for a client only if we have legal permission from him. Then we have such permission, we prepare all necessary documents, apply and receive work permit on the client’s name. The best way to get power of attorney is to issue it in notary office in Ukraine or in Consulate of Ukraine.
2. Get visa type “D” and enter Ukraine
To apply for temporary residence permit it is a must to get visa type “D” in Consulate of Ukraine (except for citizens of some states of Commonwealth of Independent States). To get visa type “D” Consul require original or notary certified copy of the work permit. We may send the original of work permit to any country of the world.

3. Come to Ukraine and receive residence permit
To apply and receive residence permit the applicant should legally enter Ukraine by visa type “D” and stay for 2-3 weeks.
